Producing parts is made easy using our Amada software. Your dxf or dwg files can be imported into the software to begin programming. After
programming is completed, parts are cut to size using our six foot Amada shear. When shearing is complete, parts are then punched using an Amada Aries 245 turret punch press(pictured). The punch press has a 40"x50" table(capable of repositioning), an 18 station turret with two auto-index stations. After the parts have been punched, they are then de-burred and grained using one of our two AEM time savers. |
| After your parts have been punched, de-burred and grained, they are then taken to the press brake department. We have two six foot press brakes. Our newest brake is a Wysong 60 ton hydraulic press brake (pictured), capable of forming a piece of ten gauge steel at six feet in length. The other brake is a Pacific Tri-Acro 35 ton press brake. It is capable of forming a piece of fourteen gauge steel at six feet in length. After parts are finished here, they are then ready for plating or painting. |
