Machining your parts is made easy with our Teksoft software. Your dxf or dwg drawing can be imported into the software to begin programming. When your program is completed, it is then downloaded into our Haas VF-3 machining center (pictured). The Haas has a gear driven 15 horse power motor and can rapid the 20"x40" table at 710 ipm. After machining your part to print, it can be tumbled or grained with our AEM time savers.
Also, to aid in the production of your part, we have two manual lathes and three Bridgeport milling machines. |
